HOTEL PINEA, GOLEM
Electrova successfully delivered a full suite of smart automation and security solutions for Hotel PINEA, a modern hospitality destination located in Golem. This project showcases our ability to integrate advanced technology into the hospitality environment, enhancing both operational efficiency and guest experience.
Our team implemented a comprehensive system that included smart hotel door locks, centralized CCTV surveillance, fire alarm systems, audio solutions, and intelligent energy control systems. HOTEL ROYAL PARK, QERRET
Electrova was entrusted with the complete low-voltage system integration for Hotel Royal Park, a premium hospitality destination located in Qerret. The project aimed to align the hotel’s infrastructure with next-generation smart technologies to ensure enhanced guest safety, operational control, and energy efficiency.
Our scope of work included the deployment of an advanced IP-based CCTV surveillance system with centralized monitoring, the implementation of an RFID-enabled hotel locking system integrated with guest management software, and a conventional and addressable fire alarm system designed to meet EN54 standards. We also engineered a multi-zone digital audio system for background music and public announcements, ensuring acoustic clarity and coverage throughout key hotel areas.
All systems were carefully designed with a focus on interoperability, scalability, and remote management capabilities. Electrova provided end-to-end services covering system design, structured cabling, device configuration, network integration, and commissioning.

OLIMPIC RESIDENCE, TIRANE
Electrova was entrusted with the end-to-end design, engineering, and implementation of integrated low-voltage and automation systems for Olympic Residence, a premium multi-storey residential development in Tirana. This project exemplifies our commitment to deploying smart infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency, security, and user comfort.
Our scope of work included the deployment of a centralized Building Management System (BMS), enabling real-time monitoring and control of critical systems including HVAC, lighting, energy usage, and security operations. We integrated an IP-based CCTV surveillance system with high-resolution dome and bullet cameras, strategically positioned for comprehensive perimeter and internal monitoring.
For safety and compliance, a fully addressable EN 54-compliant fire detection and alarm system was installed, supported by advanced smoke, heat, and multi-sensor detectors across all residential and utility areas. The fire system was linked to a centralized control panel with remote alert and evacuation capabilities.
Access control was delivered through RFID-based pedestrian entry points and automated barrier systems for vehicle access, integrated with a visitor management system to ensure secure and traceable movement within the property. Additionally, Electrova provided FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure for ultra-high-speed internet and digital communication across all residential units.

Butik Hotel Trevi,Shengjin
Electrova proudly delivered a comprehensive smart security and automation solution for Butik Hotel Trevi, a modern hospitality facility located in the coastal town of Shëngjin. The project aimed to enhance guest safety, operational efficiency, and the overall digital experience through tailored low-voltage systems and intelligent infrastructure.
Our team designed and implemented a smart hotel locking system, enabling keyless access via RFID cards and mobile credentials, ensuring both security and convenience for guests. Each room was equipped with energy-saving automation, integrating lighting, climate control, and occupancy sensors to reduce energy waste while enhancing comfort.
To maintain full surveillance coverage, we installed a high-definition IP CCTV system, offering 24/7 monitoring of public areas, entrances, and parking zones. For fire safety, a fully addressable fire alarm system was deployed with advanced smoke and heat detection, connected to a centralized alarm panel with quick-response features.
We also integrated a background audio system across common areas to enhance the guest ambiance and installed a structured cabling system to support high-speed internet and IPTV services throughout the property.

MERAR HOTEL, QERRET
Electrova successfully executed a comprehensive smart infrastructure project at Merar Hotel in Qerret, delivering integrated solutions to elevate both security and guest experience. Our team deployed advanced RFID-enabled smart hotel locks with centralized access control, ensuring seamless and secure room entry. An addressable fire alarm system with real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics was installed to meet stringent safety regulations. We designed and implemented a full HD CCTV surveillance system with remote access and AI-powered analytics for proactive security management.
Additionally, the project included a public address and background music system tailored for various hotel zones, enhancing ambiance and communication. Our engineers also handled the structured cabling backbone for high-speed internet, IPTV services, and VoIP telephony. Energy-efficient automation components were introduced for lighting, HVAC, and power management, contributing to operational sustainability. SACA HOTEL
Electrova successfully delivered a fully integrated smart technology infrastructure for SACA HOTEL, Shengjin, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, security, and guest comfort through advanced automation and control systems. The project encompassed the deployment of a centralized smart hotel management system, enabling automated control of lighting, HVAC, and energy consumption, optimized for both performance and sustainability. We implemented state-of-the-art electronic locking mechanisms featuring RFID keycard access, ensuring high-level security and seamless guest access management. A comprehensive CCTV surveillance system with IP-based high-definition cameras was installed to provide 24/7 monitoring and real-time incident response capabilities across critical zones. The fire safety system includes addressable smoke detectors, manual call points, and an intelligent fire alarm control panel fully compliant with European and local Albanian safety standards. Additionally, the project integrated automated parking barrier systems utilizing RFID and sensor technologies for controlled vehicle access. Electrova also provided structured electrical installations adhering to IEC standards, including distribution boards, cabling, and grounding systems to support all integrated technologies reliably. NOVA HOME SHOPPING CENTER, TIRANE
Electrova successfully executed a comprehensive smart technology integration project at NOVA HOME Shopping Center in Tirana, delivering advanced security, automation, and communication solutions tailored for a high-traffic commercial environment. The project included installation of a centralized CCTV surveillance system with high-definition IP cameras strategically placed to cover entrances, common areas, and critical points to ensure continuous monitoring and incident management. We implemented a robust Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) system designed to prevent theft and enhance retail security without disrupting customer experience. MANGO LUXURY RESORT, SARANDE
Electrova engineered and delivered a fully integrated smart technology infrastructure for Mango Luxury Resort in Sarandë, focusing on elevating guest experience through precision automation, robust security, and seamless communications. The project involved the deployment of a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS) to centralize control of lighting, HVAC, and energy consumption, incorporating advanced sensors and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability. High-security RFID-based electronic locking systems were installed throughout guest accommodations, ensuring stringent access control combined with user-friendly operation. A sophisticated IP-based video surveillance system with networked high-definition cameras was implemented, enabling real-time monitoring, motion detection analytics, and secure video storage with redundancy for critical areas including entrances, corridors, and perimeter zones. The fire safety solution featured addressable multi-sensor smoke detectors and a fully addressable fire alarm control panel compliant with EN 54 standards, integrated with the BMS for automatic emergency responses and evacuation protocols.
